Our trainees (pictured: Azbiola and Manucheckhar) made delicious apple jelly for our guests and filled it into jars, partly into small jars as a giveaway for guests and partly into large jars for the breakfast buffet. There was a lot of fun, laughter and tasting while they were cooking.
Last year our trainees had already made quince jelly and filled it into small jars as gifts for our guests.
The trainees live in our trainee house with a large garden and fruit trees, where they had collected the fruit. After the apple jelly, quince jelly will be made again next week.
