Stage Destination Esslingen

The Neckar Valley Cycle Route is well signposted and crosses the Neckar several times, running partly along the left bank and partly along the right. In some places the route follows both banks. Most of it is tarmac, with some sections of fine gravel and natural forest tracks.

Esslingen lies directly on the route and invites all travellers to visit and stay overnight. With its many sights, Esslingen is ideal for a stay of several days.
